Lime Petroleum AS in Norwegian Sea licence swap - Completion

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to them on the Lime Petroleum AS’s (“Lime”) press release dated 7 April 2021 (the “Press Release”), in relation to Lime’s swap of its 20% interests in each of the licences PL263D, PL263E and PL263F Sierra (previously known as Apollonia) in the Norwegian Sea for ONE-Dyas’ 13.3% interest in PL433 Fogelberg (the “Licence Swap”).
Lime refers to the Press Release and wishes to announce that the Licence Swap had been completed on 31 August 2021 (the “Completion”).
Pursuant to the Completion, which will have an effective date from 1 January 2021 (a standard practice for licence transactions in Norway), LPA now holds a 13.3% interest in PL433 Fogelberg.
