Reference is made to the reversed Dutch auction carried out by ABG Sundal Collier (the “Manager”) on 3 October 2022 in respect of the Lime Petroleum AS FRN Senior Secured NOK 1,250,000,000 Bonds 2022/2025 bond issue with ISIN NO0012559246 (the "Bond Issue") issued by Lime Petroleum AS (the "Issuer").
The reverse Dutch auction closed at 15:00 CEST, 3 October 2022. No offers were made in the auction.
For the sake of good order, no further reverse Dutch auction will be carried out in connection with the Reverse Greenshoe Option.
